Kiyoshi Nishikawa (June 7, 1938 - July 9, 2005) was a Japanese businessman and horse owner. He was the founder of Park24 Co., Ltd., a leading company in parking lot operations and management listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. He served as the Chairman of the Board starting in January 2004. Born in Tokyo, he graduated from Hosei University High School and later from the Faculty of Economics at Hosei University.
