Kjell Swärd, born on November 30, 1937, in Luleå, Norrbotten, is a Swedish publisher and entrepreneur. In 1972, he co-founded the family-run publishing house Pedagogförlaget with his wife Gunnel Swärd. Together, they have three children: Lena, Anne, and Daniel. He received the culture prize from Klippans municipality in 2005 and, along with his wife, was named Businessman of the Year in Klippans municipality in 2000.
