Kjersti Wexelsen Goksøyr is a Norwegian sculptor born on December 15, 1945. She studied at the National Academy of Fine Arts from 1979 to 1984 under prominent instructors Per Palle Storm and Svein Boge Berg. Goksøyr has held several solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions, while also completing numerous public art commissions. Her work is part of collections in the National Gallery, the Norwegian Arts Council, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Notably, she created a statue in memory of author Sigrid Undset located in Stensparken, Oslo.
