Jacobus Walsma (b. 1942) is a Dutch politician affiliated with the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), who served as a member of the Senate from 2000 to 2007. He studied biology and worked as a biology teacher before becoming the director of an agricultural school. Walsma held various political roles in Friesland, including a member of the Provincial States and the Executive Council. In the Senate, he focused on agriculture, agricultural education, and water management, also chairing the Agricultural Committee. He was made a Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau in 1999.
