Koldo Salinas Aragon, born on July 10, 1949, in Irun, Gipuzkoa, is a renowned Basque chocolatier. He began his career under the guidance of his father, Jose Salinas Ros, at the Brasil Gozotegia factory and took over the shop in 1977. After removing the café in 1983, he focused solely on chocolate making. He became well-known after learning from Juncal Cuevas, an expert chocolatier. Today, he is one of the most famous chocolate masters in Europe, having won numerous awards for his work.
