Komitas Arsen Hakobyan was an Armenian poet and freedom fighter, born on June 1, 1972, in Kert, Nagorno-Karabakh, then part of the USSR. He served as a senior lieutenant in the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh and was a member of the Writers' Union of Artsakh. Hakobyan fought in the Artsakh war for independence and tragically passed away on May 5, 1994, in Karmiravan, Martakert. His contributions to literature and his role in the conflict have left a lasting impact.
