Kōshi Mizukoshi (born September 1, 1938) is a Japanese businessman and chairman of Kobe Steel, Ltd. He was born in Kyeongsong, Korea and raised in Osakikamijima, Hiroshima Prefecture after returning to Japan in 1945. He completed his high school education at the Tokyo University of Education's Komaba High School and graduated from the University of Tokyo with a degree in economics in March 1961, the same year he joined Kobe Steel.
