Kosti Ilmari "Komo" Kotiranta (June 12, 1957 – July 24, 2015) was a Finnish teacher, actor, singer, and presenter. He became well-known for his role as Santa Claus in the Yle Christmas Eve program Joulupukin kuumalinja, which he performed from 1991 to 2005 and again from 2007 to 2011, with 2006 being missed due to a brain stroke. Kotiranta was also a mascot for the local children's folk dance event in Lappeenranta and hosted various children's and youth programs throughout the 1980s and 1990s, including Sanaleikki and Ioxio.
