Kōtarō Fujiyama is a Japanese magician born on December 24, 1977, in Kunitachi, Chiba. He is among the few magicians who have inherited traditional Japanese magic, known as 'Tezuma', which is recognized as an intangible cultural heritage. He was a personal disciple of the famous magician Shintaro Fujiyama, winning numerous accolades including the Best Magician title in Japan for four consecutive years from 2010. After leaving his mentor's school and retiring from traditional magic, he embraced his real name, Akihiro Ando, and has focused on producing virtual reality experiences with Hashilus.
