Kozumi Shinozawa is a Japanese female manga artist known for her work in Shōjo manga. She was born in Toyota, Japan, and began publishing in 1990. After studying visual design, she relocated to New York City in 2002, where she also embraced Christianity. Shinozawa changed her pen name in 2008 to Kelly Shinozawa and is best known for her works in the Manga Bible Series, including Manga Messiah and Manga Metamorphosis, which have been translated into twenty-one languages.
