Jay Ku, born on December 6, 1987, is a Taiwanese freediving athlete known for breaking several depth records in Taiwan and Asia. In 2021, he set a Taiwanese record of 102 meters in the Free Immersion (FIM) category at the Vertical Blue event, achieving five Taiwanese and one Asian record during the competition. In 2022, he broke his own Asian record with a depth of 108 meters and set another at 96 meters in Constant Weight Bi-Fins (CWTBF). He also won a silver medal at the AIDA World Championships in CWT.
