Kübra Yahya kyzy Farajeva was an Azerbaijani pediatrician and health organizer, born on May 16, 1907, in Quba and passed away in October 1988 in Baku. She earned her Doctor of Medical Sciences in 1970 and became a professor in 1971. Farajeva was recognized as a Distinguished Physician of the Azerbaijan SSR in 1960 and a health worker in 1964. She held prominent positions including the People's Health Commissioner of the Azerbaijan SSR from 1938 to 1939 and served as the Minister of Health from 1947 to 1950.
