Kumiko Satō, born Kumiko Ōkawa on February 22, 1946, in Osaka Prefecture, is a former Japanese figure skater who competed in singles. She won the Japanese national championship in 1967 and 1968, achieving significant results at the World Championships with a fifth place finish in both 1967 and 1968. Ōkawa represented Japan at the Olympics in 1964 and 1968, finishing 13th and 8th, respectively. After her competitive career, she became a figure skating coach and is the mother of Yuka Satō, a world champion in figure skating.
