Kong Lan (Lanny) van Rhee-Tan was a Dutch presenter born on July 25, 1950, in Surabaya. She co-hosted the children's program EO Kinderkrant for the Evangelische Omroep from 1972 to 1986. Initially coming from an educational background, she transitioned to behind-the-scenes work at EO in 1986. She was married to journalist Henk van Rhee and had five children. After a prolonged illness, she passed away on December 16, 2008, at the age of 58 and is buried at Laantje cemetery in Nieuwer Ter Aa.
