Larry F. Wilson is an American meteorologist born on December 8, 1937, known for his expertise in severe convective storm forecasting. He was a lead forecaster at the National Severe Storms Forecast Center in Kansas City, Missouri. His career includes serving as a meteorologist in the U.S. Air Force during the mid-1960s, and he is one of only two NSSFC forecasters who collaborated directly with Colonel Robert C. Miller, a pioneer in severe weather forecasting.
