Larz Erik Birger Eldbåge, also known as Eldbaage, is a Swedish artist born on September 29, 1938, in Uppsala. He studied decoration, advertising art, and artistic painting under Carl Riise at Bror Hjorths skulpturskola and was influenced by his relative, the artist Knut Gruva. Since 1957, Eldbåge has worked in various roles including decorator, advertising illustrator, and copywriter. He has owned advertising agency Mediaform AB and design company In Clover Sweden AB. Since 1993, he has been a full-time professional artist running his firm, Eldbaage.
