She played for the Oklahoma Sooners from 2012 to 2015, where she became an All-American and part of the championship team in the 2013 Women's College World Series. Chamberlain is renowned for holding multiple NCAA Division I career records, including slugging percentage and RBIs. After college, she was the first overall pick in the draft and played professionally for the USSSA Pride until winning a championship in 2018.
