Lauri Seiterä (1915-1992) was a Finnish carnival manager and founder of Tivoli Seiterä. He started his career in the 1930s as a field master at Sariola's carnival. He served in the army during World War II and returned to the carnival industry post-war, creating attractions such as the popular Vedenneitohalli. Seiterä expanded his business to include various amusement parks, including a short-lived park in Tampere. Due to health reasons, he stepped back from managing Tivoli Seiterä in the late 1980s, passing down the management to his son who continued the family legacy.
