Léa Eva Ingeborg Stahl was a Swedish painter, sculptor, and craftswoman born on September 12, 1908, in Kristianstad. Daughter of merchant Ernst Carl Magnus Aspling, she studied art in Stockholm and Paris. Initially residing in Vienna, she moved to Rome in the 1940s. Stahl had solo exhibitions at Louis Hahne's gallery in Stockholm in 1949 and participated in group exhibitions in London and various Italian cities. Her artistic work included portraits, still lifes, landscapes in pastels, watercolors, or oils, and jewelry and tapestries in mosaic.
