Leendert 't Hart (1920-1992) was a renowned Dutch organist and carillonneur. He studied music under Jan Hendrik Storm in Delft and became city carillonneur in 1946. He expanded his repertoire and taught internationally, becoming a faculty member at the Dutch Carillon School in Amersfoort. Throughout his career, he performed worldwide and composed various works for organ and carillon, including 'Passacaglia' and 'Variaties op Die Winter ist vergangen'. Despite health issues, he continued performing until 1991 and left a significant impact on Dutch music.
