Leida Peips (born February 1, 1937) is a former Estonian milkmaid and deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Estonian SSR, as well as the USSR. She studied at Heimtali 7-kl. School and worked in agriculture, specifically in the 'Sirbi ja Vasara' collective farm. Notably, she was a milkmaid at Viljandi's model sovkhoz, producing an average of 5200 kg of milk per cow in 1974, exceeding the averages for Estonia and Russia at that time. She was elected as a deputy in 1979 and 1984 to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.
