Leif Hornshøj is a Danish former merchant and politician born on October 5, 1945, in Feldborg. He was a founding member of the Fælleslisten party in 2008 and served as its chairman until 2012. He was elected to the regional council in Region Midtjylland in 2009 and served until he resigned in 2012 due to health issues. Despite attempts to run for various elections post-2012, including municipal elections, he did not secure a position. Hornshøj has been active in debates about centralization in Denmark, notably opposing the construction of the Gødstrup super hospital.
