Leif Rustand, born on April 26, 1953, is a Norwegian nature photographer residing in Stathelle. He started photography in his teens and has won multiple awards for his nature images. In 1978, he won the nature photography competition by Villmarksliv magazine and has since received 15 gold images from them. Rustand has excelled in the International Federation of Wildlife Photography competitions, securing wins multiple times, and also won the Finnish Kajana photography competition in 1995. His works have illustrated various books, and he is a member of Norske Naturfotografer.
