Lena Elisabet Häll Eriksson, born on September 20, 1949, is a Swedish civil servant. She served as the social chief in Finspång Municipality from 1985 to 1988 and held various positions in the Swedish Migration Board, becoming the director general from 1996 to 2003. She was a social democratic state secretary from 1994 to 1996. Häll Eriksson briefly led the Swedish Prison and Probation Service until September 2004, after which she took prominent roles in various governmental and European committees, including director general of SMHI until September 2014.
