Jaroszewicz is a member of various scientific committees, including geophysics and telecommunications. He completed his studies in technical physics in 1983 and earned his doctorate in 1989. He is noted for developing the first Polish fiber optic gyroscope and leading the FOSREM project for fiber optic sensors.
