Levi Karuhanga was a major general in Uganda who served as the Chairman of the UPDF General Court Martial, one of the top military courts in the Uganda People's Defence Force. He was appointed to this role in June 2014 by President Yoweri Museveni. Prior to this position, he was the Commander of the Reserve Force in the UPDF. Karuhanga succeeded Moses Ddiba Ssentongo, who had completed a one-year term at the court.
