Li Mao Tsung, born in 1940, is a renowned Taiwanese artist and ceramicist. He gained international recognition with his inclusion in the Italy World Ceramics Exhibition in 1968. In 1969, he won a gold medal at the International Ceramics Exhibition in Munich for his works titled 'Hai Zhu', 'Kong', and 'Xuan', marking a significant achievement as the first Taiwanese artist to receive such an award. He was subsequently recognized again in 1970 and 1977 during international exhibitions. Li is currently based in New York, USA and enjoys Hakka cuisine.
