Libuše Žáková, born on December 18, 1928, in Vojkovice, is a former Czechoslovak athlete of Czech origin, specializing in javelin throw. She began her career with Sokol Brno I and competed from 1951 to 1968 for various clubs, including Zbrojovka Brno and Slavia Brno. After suffering an injury in 1955, she retired from athletics and played volleyball until she was 50, competing at the second highest level in Czechoslovakia. She was married to high jumper Zdeněk Cikrdle, who lived from 1927 to 1987.
