Linda L. Singh is a retired major general of the Maryland Army National Guard who served as the 29th adjutant general of Maryland from January 21, 2015, to September 15, 2019. In her role, she was responsible for the operations of the Maryland Military Department, overseeing all branches, including the Army and Air National Guards. She acted as a senior advisor to the Governor of Maryland on military matters, ensuring the readiness and training of over 6,700 personnel. Singh communicated extensively between the governor and the National Guard Bureau.
