Lornna J. Soto Villanueva, born on May 27, 1970, is a Puerto Rican politician associated with the New Progressive Party (PNP). She has served as the mayor of Canóvanas since 2014, taking over from her father, José 'Chemo' Soto. Before her mayoral role, she was a senator representing the district of Carolina, having been elected in the 2004 general elections and serving until 2013. Lornna Soto is known for her political legacy and involvement in local governance.
