Louis Fouché is a former South African javelin thrower born on March 21, 1970. He won a bronze medal at the African Championships in Durban in 1993 and gold at the Universiade the same year. Fouché placed fifth at the Commonwealth Games in Victoria in 1994 and earned bronze at the Pan-African Games in Harare in 1995. In 1996, he secured a silver medal at the African Championships in Yaoundé. He was the South African champion in 1994 and 1996, with a personal best throw of 79.64 meters achieved in Buffalo on July 18, 1993.
