Louis Mbwôl-Mpasi OMI is a retired bishop from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He joined the Oblates of Mary Immaculate (OMI) and was ordained a priest on January 26, 1962. He was appointed auxiliary bishop of Isangi and titular bishop of Carcabia on June 4, 1984. He was consecrated on November 25, 1984, and later became the bishop of Isangi in 1988 and of Idiofa in 1997, resigning due to age in 2006.
