Louise Scruggs, born Certain on February 17, 1927, was an American music manager and booking agent. She is notable for being the first female manager in the music industry, starting her role with the bluegrass band Flatt and Scruggs in 1955. Scruggs made significant contributions to the music world, leading to her posthumous recognition with the Joe Talbot Award in 2006 and her induction into the International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame in 2010. She passed away on February 2, 2006.
