Lucy Katherine Partington was a British murder victim born on 4 March 1952 in St Albans. She was abducted on 27 December 1973 by serial killers Fred and Rosemary West while waiting for a bus in Cheltenham during her final year studying English Literature at Exeter University. Partington was the third child of Roger and Margaret Partington. Her disappearance occurred just before the New Year, leading to a tragic end at the age of 21.
