Luis Alfredo Herrera Cometta is a Venezuelan physicist specializing in relativity physics. His research focuses on the study of property variation, extended thermodynamics, and both exact and semi-numerical solutions, as well as similar solutions at centers. He is an honorary professor at the Faculty of Physics at Central University of Venezuela and currently a visiting professor at the Institute of Basic Physics and Mathematics at the University of Salamanca in Spain. He graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia in 1963. He is married and speaks multiple languages.
