Luis Dagoberto San Martín Vergara was a Chilean agronomy student at the University of Chile and a militant of the Revolutionary Left Movement (MIR). He was detained and disappeared during the military dictatorship in Chile. Born in Santiago on January 10, 1953, he was 21 years old at the time of his abduction. San Martín was an alumnus of Liceo de Aplicación and became a victim of state repression during a tumultuous period in Chilean history.
