Mustafa Lütfi Suyolcu (1946-1995) was a Turkish politician and the former mayor of Kuşadası, elected in 1977 as a CHP candidate. He was removed from office after the 1980 military coup and later ran as an independent in 1984. He regained his position in 1989 as a DYP candidate. Suyolcu was assassinated in 1995. He was the father of actress Çiğdem Suyolcu.
