He began singing at the age of five and has released two studio albums. Lyke Mike is multilingual, particularly fluent in American English, which helped him craft his first works in that language. Upon returning home, he increasingly performs in French, Lingala, Kikongo, and Tshiluba, while also promoting American English music and reviving his production label DBC Records to support young artists.
