Lynn Culbreath Noel was an American news reporter born on January 9, 1926, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Meharry Medical College and the University of Denver, and began her career in news reporting in 1965 at KMGH, Channel 7. Notably, she became the first African-American female news reporter on a Denver television station in the 1970s. Noel was recognized for her in-depth documentaries and held various roles at her station until retirement in 1996. She is also related to Olympic bronze medalist Josh Culbreath.
