Lyudmila Sani Grigoryan, born on November 25, 1953, in Stepanakert, Azerbaijan SSR, Soviet Union, is a prominent therapist and political figure. She served as a reserve lieutenant in medical services in 1977. Grigoryan was the head of the leadership body of the Nagorno-Karabakh National Council in 1989 and became a member of the central council of the People's Union of Artsakh in 2001. Additionally, she was the first president of the Union of Intellectuals of Artsakh in 1990 and a founding member of the Helsinki Committee of Nagorno-Karabakh in 1992.
