Adikari Mudiyanselage Appuhamy Adikari (1920-1962) was a notable Ceylonese landowner, businessman, and politician. He began his political career by being elected to the Kalugamuwa Urban Council and later won a parliamentary seat representing the Sri Lanka Freedom Party in 1956, after losing initially in 1952. He successfully retained his seat in subsequent elections until his appointment as Deputy Chairman of Committees in 1960. Adikari passed away while in office, and a road named Adikari Mawatha in Wariyapola honors his legacy.
