Mahameghabahan Aira Kharabela Swain, born on October 25, 1953, is an Indian politician who served as a member of the 14th Lok Sabha, representing the Balasore constituency of Odisha. He is affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and is the founder of Utkal Bharat, a political party. In March 2019, he resigned from Utkal Bharat and rejoined the BJP in the presence of central Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
