A distinguished graduate of the Military Academy (Akmil) in 1982, he has extensive experience in intelligence, holding key positions in the Strategic Intelligence Agency (BAIS TNI). He served as Director A of BAIS TNI from 2008 to 2011, Deputy Chief of BAIS TNI from 2011 to 2012, and Chief of BAIS TNI from 2013 to 2015, as well as Commander of Kodam XVII/Cendrawasih in 2012.
