Macario Gómez Quibus, known artistically as Mac, was a Spanish film poster designer born on March 8, 1926, in Reus, Catalonia. He lived in Olesa de Montserrat from the 1970s onwards. His posters were distinguished by creativity, nonconformity, and harmony. In 2013, he was named an honorary member of the Catalan Cinema Academy, and in 2014, he was awarded the Creu de Sant Jordi by the Catalan government. He passed away on July 20, 2018, in Olesa de Montserrat.
