Maciej Klich, born on February 28, 1958, is a Polish historian, graphic artist, and former anti-communist independence activist. He co-founded the Independent Students' Association in Silesia in 1980. Klich was interned during the 1981 martial law in Poland, where he created over 70 stamps for camp mail. After his release in 1982, he participated in underground movements until he was forced to emigrate to Sweden in 1984. He helped Lithuanian children in summer camps and sponsored International Scout Integration Camps from 1992 to 2001.
