Prof. Dr. H. Mahdini, M.A, born on March 13, 1961, is a scholar and academician currently serving as the chairman of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in Riau province from 2009 to 2014. He is also a professor of Islamic judiciary and the director of the graduate program at UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau.
