Maj Trafyk, born Jimmy Jabbour on November 17, 1976, in Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe, is a French rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer active in the underground Hip Hop scene since the early 1990s. He is also a multidisciplinary artist, working as an actor, painter, and photographer. The eldest son of Rudy Jabbour, a Guadeloupean photographer known for designing the covers of the first two albums by the group Kassav', Maj has developed a diverse artistic portfolio.
