Majd Eddin Ghazal, born on April 21, 1987, is a Syrian high jumper known for using the Fosbury Flop technique and primarily jumping off his left leg. He proudly served as the flag bearer for Syria at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. In the men's high jump event at the 2012 Olympics, he ranked 28th and did not reach the finals. However, he qualified for the finals in 2016 and achieved a commendable 7th place.
