Majda Gaspari, born as Labura on June 24, 1929, in Javornik, was a Slovenian politician active in the national liberation struggle. She graduated from the Social Work School in Ljubljana in 1958. After liberation, she was involved with the Young Communists and the Socialist Alliance, served on the Executive Council of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia, and was Secretary for Health and Social Welfare until 1972. She later worked with the Community of Child Protection of Slovenia and finished her political career in the Presidency of the SRS.
