Majid Arslan (1908 - 1983) was a prominent Lebanese politician and key figure in the independence movement. Born in February 1908 in Choueifat to a distinguished Druze family, he held significant government positions, including various ministerial roles from 1937 to 1975. He served as a deputy multiple times between 1934 and 1972. Arslan was married twice, with his first wife being Princess Lamis Shihab and later remarried to Mrs. Khawla Jumblatt, with children from both marriages. He was also known for his equestrian skills.
